Billing Questions
How does billing work?
All billing is handled through Shopify. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice. No separate payment method is needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from within the app. There are no contracts, no lock-in periods, and no cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans include a free trial period so you can see the impact on your conversion data before you are charged. The Free plan is always free with no time limit.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
If you go over your plan's monthly order limit, we'll notify you and suggest an upgrade. We won't cut off tracking mid-month — your conversions will continue to be recovered until the billing cycle resets.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but we plan to introduce annual billing with a discount in the near future. Currently, all paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in USD. Shopify handles currency conversion automatically based on your store's billing currency.
