How ReclaimROAS Recovers Your Lost Conversions

Your ad platforms are making decisions based on incomplete data. ReclaimROAS fills in the gaps by sending conversion data directly from your Shopify store to Meta and Google — bypassing the browser entirely.

Install icon

Install on Shopify

Install ReclaimROAS from the Shopify App Store with one click. There are no code changes, no theme edits, and no developer required. The app automatically integrates with your Shopify store using Shopify's official APIs.

Once installed, ReclaimROAS begins listening for key events — page views, add-to-carts, checkouts, and purchases — using Shopify's webhook system, not browser-based scripts.

2
Connect icon

Connect Your Ad Accounts

Link your Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads accounts. ReclaimROAS automatically configures server-side connections using Meta's Conversions API and Google's Enhanced Conversions.

You don't need to set up CAPI manually, configure Google Tag Manager, or manage API tokens. We handle event mapping, deduplication, and credential management — so browser-side and server-side events don't double-count.

Conversions Recovered

From this point, every conversion is captured server-side and sent directly to your ad platforms — regardless of whether the customer uses an ad blocker, opted out of iOS tracking, or has expired cookies.

Your ReclaimROAS dashboard shows you exactly how many conversions were recovered, the revenue impact, and how your signal strength improves over time. Most merchants see a 20-40% increase in reported conversions within the first week.

What Happens Under the Hood

Server-side, not browser-side

Traditional tracking relies on JavaScript running in the customer's browser. ReclaimROAS receives events from Shopify's server via webhooks, then forwards them directly to Meta and Google's server-side APIs. The browser is never involved.

Automatic deduplication

If a conversion is captured by both your browser pixel and our server-side tracking, we use event IDs to ensure it's only counted once. You get accurate data without double-counting.

Privacy-compliant by design

Customer data is hashed before being sent to ad platforms, using the same privacy-safe methods recommended by Meta and Google. No raw personal data is ever transmitted.

Common Questions

How does this actually improve my ad performance?

When Meta and Google receive more conversion data, their algorithms can better identify which audiences, creatives, and placements are driving sales. More data means better optimisation, which typically leads to lower cost per acquisition and higher ROAS.

Does it slow down my store?

Not at all. ReclaimROAS processes conversion data server-side — nothing runs in your customer's browser. There is zero impact on page load speed, Core Web Vitals, or the shopping experience.

Is this the same as Meta CAPI?

ReclaimROAS uses Meta's Conversions API (CAPI) under the hood, but handles all the complexity for you. You don't need to set up CAPI manually, configure event deduplication, or manage access tokens. We also add Google Enhanced Conversions, which CAPI alone doesn't cover.

Do I need to change my ad campaigns?

No. ReclaimROAS works silently in the background. Your existing campaigns, audiences, and tracking setup stay exactly the same. The difference is that Meta and Google now receive conversion data they were previously missing.

What data do you send to ad platforms?

We send the same conversion event data your pixel would normally send — purchase events, order values, and hashed customer identifiers. All data is processed in compliance with privacy regulations and sent using the official APIs provided by Meta and Google.
